The Explorer's Bar∙Bistro has recently renewed its a la carte Menu and Wine list upgrading the gastronomic experience in the center of Athens.

The new Executive Chef of the hotel, Panagiotis Anastasiou has created a rich and particularly refined, comfort menu, which will satisfy both the Greek public and the foreign visitors of the capital. Alongside the delicious wines from the enriched wine list will accompany and highlight even more all the dishes of the new menu.
