The new Executive Chef of our hotel, Panagiotis Anastasiou, created the new Restaurant’s Menu for the lovers of good food!
Having many years of experience in the hotel industry and a deep knowledge of Greek gastronomy, the new Chef comes to integrate the Greek culinary tradition and the Mediterranean diet into the international, creative, comfort cuisine.

The new Chef with his long culinary career, having acquired excellent practical skills and extensive experience, creates the new selections of delicious dishes with his signature, bringing to the fore Greek products and producers from all over Greece.
