Greek chef Henri Guibert, created two new menus specifically for the all-time classic Explorer's Bar-Bistro, bringing his personal mark to the dining options of downtown Athens.
The philosophy of the menus is summed up in what he says about his creations: "I have combined favorite products of the Greek land, following a French technique for two different menus that will enrich the Athenian gastronomic experience."
