French inspiration at the Explorer's Bar Bistro.

Greek chef Henri Guibert, created two new menus specifically for the all-time classic Explorer's Bar-Bistro, bringing his personal mark to the dining options of downtown Athens.

The philosophy of the menus is summed up in what he says about his creations: "I have combined favorite products of the Greek land, following a French technique for two different menus that will enrich the Athenian gastronomic experience."

White Fish soup with chive, garlic crouton and “Harissa” sauce

Croaker confit in salted butter and mashed potatoes with Greek truffle


Chocolate mousse Gauanaja 70%, strawberries marinated in grape molasses

Grilled Veal fillet, Kalamata olive paste and grilled vegetables with thyme honey
