New collaboration with Madame Fraise pastries

The  Explorer’s Bar Bistro has recently renewed its a la carte Menu and Wine list upgrading the gastronomic experience in the center of Athens.

The renowned Chef of the Restaurant, Nikos Giannopoulos, has created a rich and particularly refined menu, which will satisfy both the Greek public and the foreign visitors of the capital. Alongside the delicious wines from the enriched wine list will accompany and highlight even more all the dishes of the new menu.

The sweet epilogue of the restaurant’s new menu comes from Pastry Chefs Evgenios Vardakastanis & Giannis Kikiras of Madame Fraise who will captivate you with their creations that undoubtedly elevate the taste of the art of pastries.

Madame Fraise’s delicious, creative confections will now be available at the Plaza Café, the Explorer’s Bar Bistro, and from the Room Service of the hotel.
