Access
NJV Athens Plaza is located in Syntagma Square (on Stadiou and Vasileos Georgiou Streets). Access is easy by all means of transportation, while you can find maps of Athens at any nearby kiosk, bookstore or grocery store. Below please find directions to and from NJV Athens Plaza:
Airport: From Athens International Airport “Eleftherios Venizelos” you can take the bus, a taxi or the train to access the city center. Bus Χ95 departs from the airport and with just few stops reaches Syntagma Square in about an hour. From the airport visitors can also take the train and with a change in the station D. Plakentias can reach Syntagma Square. The taxi ride takes about 40 minutes, depending on traffic, but it’s more expensive.
Port: From the port of Piraeus you can take the bus, the train or a taxi. There is an express bus line Syntagma-Piraeus that reaches downtown in about 45 minutes. If you take the train towards Kifisia, you get off at Omonoia Station and from there you can take the metro, a trolley or the bus towards Syntagma.
All the main routes of the Greek capital start from Syntagma with direction towards the southern suburbs (Filellinon, Amalias, Syggrou and Vouliagmenis Avenues), the northern suburbs (Vas. Sofias and Kifisias Avenues), and the western suburbs (Panepistimiou, Omonoia, Piraeaus, Vas. Konstantinou).
